A great way to let the kids "hang out" at home while you go out? Insert baby, hang it on a door, et voila! :)
No idea how big it is... perhaps a sling to carry a puppy in .. hehe... ok a silly idea but I had to have a guess
Is it used for weighing babies? hehe :o)
